The biomass is the result of the fermentation process of the ingredients above over the 3 year period. It is like a sticky paste which is
essentially food for the good bacteria that was added to assist in the fermentation process. This is what keeps the good bacteria alive
and viable and therefore a "live probiotic". There may be up to 17 strains of live good bacteria in the paste.
Fermented food biomass can be taken directly and helps with users who have digestive issues or general digestive health. The good bacteria
helps to break down good into smaller molecules for easy and higher absorption and this helps to boost the immune. At the same time, the
good bacteria helps control excessive yeast infection (candida) and cleanse the digestive system particularly in the bowels. It removes any
old materials from the bowels so that the potential for health issues are significantly reduced.
The same fermented food is now packed in a 3 gm sachet for convenience of use firstly. It can be easily carried around when travelling. In
addition, agave and prune juices are added to this fermented food paste for the following reasons:
- agave juice is a very good sweetener with a low glycemic index of about 20. For comparison, glucose has a glycemic index of 100
- prune juice is added to further enhance the digestive support of the biomass. It helps particularly with constipation to enable regular
bowel movement. Prune juice is also a good source of iron and potassium, helps builds bones and muscles and may prevent plaque build-up.
It creates a "fullness" feeling so that the user do not eat too much and may be considered as good diet support.
