Fermented Food (previously LB17) is produced from over 70 natural and organic ingredients

lactic acid or good bacteria is added to begin the stimulate and begin the fermentation process
The above ingredients are allowed to ferment naturally for a period of 3 years. Due to the way that
the fermented food is exposed to extremes in temperature (summer and winter) during the fermentation process, any good bacteria present is
potent, resilient and able to stay alive for up to 3 years at room temperature without the need for refrigeration. Any bacteria is live
and viable and does not need to be revived, better than most other probiotics particularly those that are"freeze dried"!
Prior to encapsulation with a vegetable gel cap, Perilla oil (high in Omega 3 EFA) is added to provide Omega EFA (essential fatty acids).
Fermented Food does not contain any preservatives, additives, colouring, or artificial flavouring.
Fermented Food is suitable for vegans as well as the "raw foods practitioner". It is very useful to the lactose intolerant and milk protein
(caesin) sensitive individuals. The bacteria that may be present helps to break down all nutrients consumed into smaller molecules so that

Some probiotics work and some do not! LB17 is a probiotic that definitely works. It brings equilibrium to the gut
flora and enhances immunity. As a nutritional therapist, I recommend LB 17 to all my clients for their gut health with excellent results.....
....I have successfully used LB17 in many extremely difficult cases involving the intestines.
One case of interest is a nine years old autistic child whose intestine wall was completely corrupted (during colonoscopy, not one spot was
found that was not bleeding and during bowel movements the intestine lining was coming out) and full of parasites and worms. The pain was
excruciating. Apart from other protocols referring to autism, I started giving LB17 – 5 first thing in the morning and 5 last thing before
bedtime (starting from one and gradually building up to 5). There was of course a detoxification reaction for a about 10 days. The child was
on this dosage for about 6 months (together with pharmaceutical grade fish oil, L-glutamine, Kyolic garlic, digestive enzymes, protease enzymes,
and lipase enzymes). At the same time, the child was put on a gluten/casein/soy free diet also low on oxalates. The dosage was then reduced
to 5 LB17 only at bedtime (for another 6 months) and at present is taking 3 LB17 before bedtime. However, at any time there was a disturbance,
the dosage was increased for a few days. Today, 18 months later, the child has absolutely no problem with his intestines – and this shows in
his darkfield/brightfield microscopy analysis – and of course the mother is thrilled.
